DELIVERY POLICY

Q: Do you do allow customer pick ups?

A: Yes, please call for address and directions.

Q: Does the price include set up?


A: Yes.  Remember prices do not include sales tax.

Q: Does the price include delivery?

A: No, there is a competitive delivery charge in addition to the rental. Call our office or go through the website to receive a quote.

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?

A: Yes, call our office if your city is not listed.

Q: Does the standard 4 hour rental time include your set up time?

A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1- hour before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
